By using this tool you can generate quick sitemap.xml including hreflang tags from a .csv document. To see properly structured .csv file you can download the "Template"

Follow the same structure provided in the template file for a healthy sitemap. No need to include every meta except loc (URL). Every row needs to have a URL as the first data, otherwise, the row will be excluded.

Please also do not change header structure.
